 Autologous Micrograft Technology, AMT®


 Autologous Micrografting Technology® is an innovative, simple, and effective regenerative method to obtain autologous micrografts using Regenera technology. AMT® protocols are based on stimulating self-regeneration by activating native progenitor cells located in the homologous tissues, through a simple process, without risk to the patient and with great therapeutic potential.


 In a single session, the patient is both the donor and recipient of autologous micrografts, allowing the treated area to benefit from the regenerative activity of the progenitor cells and growth factors extracted from the donor site. 


The technique is supported by clinical studies that demonstrate a high concentration of cells obtained from solid tissues. Through a calibrated mechanical process and filtering, these cells and other precursor elements are concentrated.

Autologous tissue intended for treatment is collected via biopsy, then placed into the Regeneracon device, where it is gently processed by coming into contact with micro-blades rotating at a constant speed of 80 rpm. Regeneracon is specifically engineered to prevent damage to the structural integrity of the fragmented tissue cells during this process.

The fragmentation process takes approximately 2 to 6 minutes, depending on the tissue type. Inside the device, precision micro-holes act as filters, allowing only particles and cells smaller than 80 microns to pass through. The entire procedure is completed in a single session under sterile conditions.

The autologous cell suspension created through AMT-RegeneraActiva can be utilized for various therapeutic purposes, depending on the treatment area determined by the healthcare professional.
